In the event the awards committee deems that no one meets the definition of this award, the award will not be presented that year.

Lifetime Achievement Award
The hallmark of this award is outstanding community leadership and civic involvement.
This person should evidence a history of diverse volunteer activities and leadership roles that have contributed to the benefit and betterment of the Greater Menomonee Falls area and its citizens.
The recipient will be recognized for his or her consistent record of community service and achievements.

Note: Persons who have previously been honored as “Citizen of the Year” by the Menomonee Falls Chamber of Commerce are not eligible for this award

This person has worked behind the scenes quietly and selflessly, contributing positively to the quality of community life.

His/her caring acts and humanitarian activities may be performed individually, or in support of an organization’s goals.

This award will be given to a member of a not-for-profit who has dedicated his/her time and talent and made a generous contribution to that organization.

Patriot Award
​
This award will be given to a member of our community who has dedicated service that exemplifies patriotism to our country.
This person exhibits the respect and loyalty of this country's greatest treasure: freedom and upholds the belief in the ideals that shaped America. He/She professes the epitome of Americanism and continually promotes the standards of what it means to be an American.
